Basically I am just changing the interval to reenable the "Apply" button within the "Power Schemes" tab. Of course it's not consistent and hard to re-produce when I want to. The advanced settings will override the power plan and therefore you might have something set there, but it won't work because of what is set in advanced power options. The trouble is the Dell video card drivers may be the latest but they are 2006 vintage. Error message says keyboard driver keeping from entering standby, may have to install updated driver.I have all current updates, could not find driver for standard 101/102 keyboard or HID keyboard.
