The settings in here will depend on your ISP, most of the time if your either connected through a router (wireless or ethernet) you should have "Never dial a connection" selected weblink

I've decided to do a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium. It will remind me to dig deeper. I had my laptop's RAM upgraded recently and it's since then that updates aren't working.
