The ‘Media Usage Rights Acquisition’ dialog box is displayed. Alternatively, you may complete the security upgrade at any time. It won't even download it from the library until I upgrade the security. Changing the second one to DRMbackup worked for me. Every diagnoistic says my computer is OK.

After hours of searching the internet I found an easy fix that worked: Run IE as administrator and go the the upgrade page and the button should work.
