Reply Kevin July 27, 2015 Same exact situation. Someone elsewhere posted that, after entering 16 different zip codes in 4 tries, they finally got one of the zips to switch to Rovi. I'd suggest posting a question on the forums at experts.windows.com/…/default.aspx and hopefully someone there will be able to provide some suggestions for you to try.
