Click Start, type Services.msc and press ENTER. 2. This is so frustrating and of course nothing on the MS help pages works.

Windows Installer Service Could Not Be Accessed Safe Mode I graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, GA in 2002 with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. After reboot installer service seems to behave itself again. I tried all the things like re register, re install installer, registery edit etc.
- The Reg fix - fixed my issue in step 4.
- Pack up your computer and put it away.

Restart computer then issue should be gone.There might some more ways to fix this issue, if you know them please add to the comments. I've explored many possibilities and tried a few things of my own and nothing has solved the issue yet. The Windows Installer Service Could Not Be Accessed When Uninstalling I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT ITS NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. Nothing of the above works for me!
