I installed windows 8 fresh and then later upgraded to 8.1 last night. So here are the steps to fix it: Go to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\AppRepository You'll notice you can't open that folder - that's because you need to take ownership of it first Delete the following It's Still Not Working!! this contact form These are associated with the Package Repository file.
