I have tried all software fixes mentioned. Ive contracted microsoft twice recently via the chat service. Going to Task Manager, selecting Windows Explorer then RMB menu "Restart" solved the problem. So I did extensive research on this before I came here, and I looked into the recover, reinstall, refresh options.
