John Natalie, depending upon the type of computer you have, you may need to go into your Wifi Adapter and change from the Windows Driver to one that matches your make/model However, there can often be a simple solution to WiFi connectivity issues and it is always best to rule out the most obvious first. I have dealt with this issue for months!! No Internet Access Windows 8 But Connected I managed connection to be from another side of my laptop and as you can see - I'm online. Switched from microsoft driver to manufacturers, restarted laptop, wireless connection still said limited but, when I clicked on it, it activated. I then enabled it again afterwards and it worked!
