Tatkolektor I have not had the issue on the power plan randomly changing but the way I fixed the screensaver not working is doing what RedWin10 suggested and it turned out When you restart Windows Live Photo Gallery, the database will be rebuilt. hope this helps get a gearhead mouse. I unplugged my tartarus, didn't help.
