albert89 says : 28th May, 2015 at 12.10 Definitely didn't work. By the sounds of it, there are a handful of programs out there that break Jump Lists in one way or another. Anyone know what the cause is? I've just pinned all of the servers I use on a regular basis and can easily access them. have a peek here

I have this problem since I first used Start8 (1.08 I think). For home users that's the AppData\Roaming directory, but for corporate users it can differ, so I always use the %AppData% shortcut.

Right-click on the icon to reveal the jump list and then right-click again on the main program's entry to show the complete shortcut menu. http://www.techspot.com/guides/363-windows-jump-lists-fix-and-tricks/ Depending on the application jump lists can be used to get 1-click functionality without recalling a minimized window, easily access common tasks or to quickly open pinned and recent documents, saving it helps me a lot and save hours of search. windows-7 remote-desktop jumplist share|improve this question edited Feb 21 '12 at 3:31 edusysadmin 2,112611 asked Jul 21 '10 at 17:15 Bobby Cannon 13118 1 Do other programs Jump list work

  • Teh intarwebs were not much help with this, as either no-one else has had the problem yet, or so few have had it that it hasn't been discussed yet.
  • Deleting: %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations\9b9cdc69c1c24e2b.automaticDestinations-ms fixed it!

I seen many Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 Remote Desktop icons work. What game did I see in Verona, Italy? Does anyone know where this information is stored?   Attached is the Jumplist as it is right now. Suddenly it dissapeared… I removed all the files from the "AutomaticDestinations" folder (because i couldn't find the right one) and it still doesn't work… Any idea, would be grateful?
