As the title already said "Mouse and Keyboard work in Bios, wont work in Windows" The malfunction must has everything to do with bugs of window or software or BIOS or Upon booting the pc in the morning (at around 11AM), everything loaded normally, except I couldn't move my mouse or use any of the normal keyboard functions.
