Un-check a option named as "use software rendering instead of GPU rendering". I tried to dl chrome from a link on the ms help pages, but it would not stay up long enough to connect. I am in a support chat queue with Norton now, waiting to see if they have an issue with this version of the DLL. 12 people ahead of me.
