Well this morning when I restarted my computer and it prompted me to enter Ctrl Alt, Delete, it didn't work. - I have run it several times since, and it has not detected anything, i also have run microsoft antispyware and adaware, and spybot search and destroy, all programs have the latest

Just run task manager2. Once you are on the login screen where it asks you to press Ctrl-Alt-Del, there is no response from pressing the keys on the keyboard.
